Do you often feel anxious, fearful, or tired?
The “Art of Coping” workshop will help you rediscover calm and serenity.
Thanks to “tools” such as Breathing, Mindfulness, Ways of Thinking, among many others…
You’ll learn to control your runaway thoughts…
You’ll start sleeping better again…
You’ll experience less stress…
The workshop will help you get through the difficulties of both cancer and life!
The workshop is divided into two sessions. In the first session, we discuss the different coping techniques. We explain what they are and take time to practice them.
The second meeting takes place two weeks later. In this session, you will be able to share your experiences and learn from the experiences of other group members. By the end of this workshop, you will on your way to becoming an “expert”!
As a participant in this workshop, you will receive the book “Mastering the Art of Coping in Good Times and Bad” by Dr. Linda Edgar, RN, to help you. It will become your bedside book, helping you do the exercises over and over again when you face difficult moments.
English workshops are planned for December 4 and 18 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
