- You want to talk and affirm your emotions and feelings in a one-on-one setting with a professional.
What does the program offer?

- Help to understand that your feelings are normal.

- Answers to your questions about loss.
How can I join the program?
Contact our bereavement program coordinator. She will discuss the program with you so you can determine if the program is a good fit for you.
Important things to know:
- The service is free.
- You’ll have three sessions, usually 1-2 weeks apart.
- Your sessions are private—no one else will know what you talk about.
- People usually join in the first two years after their loss. If it has been more than two years, please contact us to determine if this group is still a good fit for you.
- If you need help later, you can contact us to see how we can still help you.
It’s okay to ask for help. Losing someone is hard, and talking about it can make you feel better and ease the “return to normal.”
