Description

This gentle form of Chinese exercise is designed to balance the flow of energy. Each person performs, at his or her own pace, gentle postures and movements that help to free the breath, loosen the joints and stretch the muscles. It can help manage pain, fatigue, insomnia and promote relaxation.
