Welcome to Hope & Cope. We are committed to providing support, resources, and community for individuals affected by cancer. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website.

2. Services Offered

We offer a range of services, including support groups, webinars, workshops, educational resources, and more. We offer our services in person at the Hope & Cope Wellness Centre, and at our offices located at the Jewish General Hospital of Montreal (JGH). We also offer services through online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

3. User Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals affected by cancer, including patients, survivors, family members, and caregivers. By using our services, you confirm that you fit within our intended user group.

You do not need to be a patient at the JGH to use our services.

Use of some of our services requires an evaluation on our part to determine if you are eligible to receive those services. Our staff conducts this evaluation.

4. User Conduct

Users are expected to interact with respect, compassion, and understanding. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abuse will not be tolerated.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our users. Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
