Ils pensent souvent qu\u2019ils sont les seuls \u00e0 se sentir ainsi. \u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019Olga Szyncel, ancienne coordonnatrice du programme de soutien au bien-\u00eatre de L\u2019espoir, c\u2019est la vie, explique la d\u00e9cision de cr\u00e9er un groupe de soutien d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux aidants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a constat\u00e9 le besoin de soutien pour les proches aidants en participant \u00e0 des groupes de soutien existants. Les personnes aidantes ont exprim\u00e9 le d\u00e9sir de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 o\u00f9 elles pourraient exprimer leurs craintes, leurs doutes et leurs difficult\u00e9s, tout en se soutenant les unes les autres en partageant leurs forces et leurs divers outils d\u2019adaptation. Souvent, les aidants ont besoin d\u2019autant de soutien que les personnes dont ils s\u2019occupent, parfois m\u00eame plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Un espace pour les proches<\/em>&nbsp;offre cet environnement dont on a tant besoin. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux aidants o\u00f9 ils peuvent \u00e9changer leurs exp\u00e9riences et se soutenir mutuellement. Un animateur veille \u00e0 ce que les conversations se d\u00e9roulent sans heurts. L\u2019animateur peut fournir des outils et partager son expertise, mais l\u2019accent est mis avant tout sur les \u00e9changes entre aidants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous \u00eates une personne aidante et que vous souhaitez participer, nous vous invitons \u00e0 vous inscrire en appelant le Centre de bien-\u00eatre au 514-340-3616.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La session en anglais a lieu&nbsp;<strong>les deuxi\u00e8mes jeudis de 12 h \u00e0 13 h 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La premi\u00e8re session en fran\u00e7ais a lieu&nbsp;<strong>les quatri\u00e8mes jeudis de 12 h \u00e0 13 h 30<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce qu\u2019il faut savoir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un espace pour les proches offre un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux aidants pour qu\u2019ils puissent partager leurs difficult\u00e9s et recevoir du soutien. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une discussion ouverte et non d\u2019un atelier ou d\u2019une s\u00e9ance d\u2019enseignement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7a se passe en personne au Centre de bien-\u00eatre et on pr\u00e9voit le rendre hybride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez vous inscrire par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone si vous souhaitez y participer. Appelez le Centre de bien-\u00eatre au 514-340-3616.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La pr\u00e9sence chaque semaine n\u2019est pas obligatoire.
