Two workshops, part 1 and 2, Bogena Nastalek, MSW, will offer you tools as adaptive personal resources to cope with challenging emotions, states and physical symptoms. Cancer survivors and caregivers are invited to attend. Attendance to both workshops is mandatory.
Mindfulness, is described as the experience of purposefully paying attention to the present moment, with emotional balance and openness.
Self-Compassion, is understood as a healthy and positive attitude towards oneself, particularly during times of adversity.
Registration on a “first come, first served” basis.
