Morning Mobility – in person – Bilingual Open to cancer survivors
Over the course of your cancer journey, you might feel tight and stiff as a result of your surgery, treatment, or general physical inactivity. Gentle mobility and stretching exercises are greatly beneficial to your joints and muscles. Our class is designed to help overcome this stiffness and improve overall flexibility.
